Since when are people not allowed to post their own strategy articles? This has no resemblance to the "official" strategy articles whatsoever. I would encourage searching for other threads on the issue first, unless your idea is altogether novel. Contributors are provided that status if they wish to upload with permission of the admins. Give the guy a break.
I don't think the army originally posted would hold up very well against most armies, and refer to some of the other posts for what I think are better ways to use the viper army.
