Yep - that I knew.
I'm thinking a separate section for Public Designs, still listed by release date order, still with snazzy titles, but called Public Exclusive 1, 2, 3, etc. and separate would be the way to go.
They're not making much sense being "attached" to Waves they have nothing to do with.
Poison Ivy fits with the Brave and the Bold Wave and Prof X and Two-Face with their respective releases, but all the "Public Exclusives" after that are getting a new section.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
