With this guy there is a new addition to the Lobot-based army! Bib can keep up due to his Administrator Status (and you can still pick your favorite powerhouse to be the Admin of Cloud City). Bib works well with Gamorreans or with Bespin Guards, regenerating them rather quickly at times and being able to place them right in the heat of combat.
