At the start of each round, immediately after rolling for initiative, you may choose to switch any two unrevealed order markers on any two Army Cards you control.
Wise Counsel
After revealing an order marker on Gandalf you may swap that order marker with any other order marker on an Army Card (or Unique Hero Army Card) you control to take a turn with that figure instead of Gandalf.
WISE COUNSEL
After revealing an Order Marker on Gandalf and instead of taking a turn with Gandalf, you may do one of the following.
Take a turn with another Unique Hero you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Gandalf
or
Move 2 Unique Heroes you control that are within 6 clear sight spaces of Gandalf up to 5 spaces each
WISE COUNSEL
After revealing an Order Marker on Gandalf, instead of taking a turn with Gandalf, you may choose a Unique Hero you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Gandalf that has at least one unrevealed Order Marker on its card. Place the newly revealed Order Marker from Gandalf's card on the card of the chosen figure. Remove one unrevealed Order Marker from that figure's army card and place it on Gandalf's card, then take a turn with the chosen figure.
WISE COUNSEL
Once per round, after you or an opponent takes a turn, you may remove one Order Marker from any Unique Hero Army Card you control and place it on any other Unique Hero Army Card you control.
CHANGE OF PLANS
Once per round, before taking a turn, you may remove one Order Marker from any Unique Hero Army Card you control and place it on any other Unique Hero Army Card you control.

After placing order makers, before rolling for initiative, if at least 1 order marker is placed on Gandalf you may roll for TBD. If you roll a X or higher you may see ____ order markers of an opponent you choose.
