Pre-Game Thoughts/Preview :
I wanted to start off testing Jolt with Atlas and MACH-I, the two Repentant Charlatans. I added Citizen V for the synergy. The opposing team is gonna rely on Wildcat and Black Canary for most of the damage, with Starman and Midnite providing support.
Damage Done (Normal Attack) : Dealt 5 Wounds.
Taken In : Used to make Jolt a Charlatan.
Thunderbolt Inspiration : In R2T1, used to get Citizen V in position to attack Black Canary. the D20 bonus won her team the game in R4T2, Atlas would have died much sooner without it.
Hyperkinetic Blitz 14 : Used 3 Times, Dealt 1 Wound.
Wildcat chooses Black Canary for his Trainee. Starman takes Cosmic Converter Belt.
ROUND 1 : Blue Team initiative.
Blue T1 : Wildcat moves onto the road.
Red T1 : Jolt moves up.
Blue T2 : Canary moves adjacent to Wildcat.
Red T2 : MACH-I moves up and uses Diversionary Fire on Wildcat twice. No wounds, but Atlas moves up. Citizen V moves near MACH-I.
Blue T3 : Starman moves behind Wildcat, but fails to throw some terrain.
Red T3 : Atlas moves forward to clog up the center road, and attacks Wildcat from a tile away. 2 wounds to Wildcat.
ROUND 2 : Red Team initiative.
Red T1 : Jolt runs around a flank, getting near Canary. Citizen V moves all the way around on the road, getting adjacent to Canary and attacking her. 2 wounds to Canary.
Blue T1 : Starman moves up onto height, fails his D20 roll, and attacks Citizen V. 3 wounds to Citizen V. Starman then puts a Star Marker on Citizen V, lowering his stats.
Red T2 : Atlas stays in place and attacks Wildcat. 2 wounds to Wildcat.
Blue T2 : Wildcat moves around Black Canary, and adjacent to Citizen V + Jolt. He attacks Citizen V, 2 wounds finish him off.
Red T3 : Was Citizen V.
Blue T3 : Mid-Nite moves forward and heals 1 wound on Canary.
ROUND 3 : Red Team initiative.
Red T1 : Jolt runs through Wildcat + Mid-Nite, and uses Hyperkinetic Blitz 14. She then attack Mid-Nite from height, 2 wounds.
Blue T1 : Starman moves onto the swamp height near the Marro Hive, and throws a piece of the road at Atlas. No wound. Starman then attacks Atlas, no wounds. Starman places a Star Marker on Atlas.
Red T2 : Atlas takes advantage of the height Starman placed in front of him, and attacks Canary. 3 wounds takes her out.
Blue T2 : Wildcat meets Jolt on the height and attacks her. 1 wound.
Red T3 : MACH-I moves forward and uses Diversionary Fire on Mid-Nite. No wounds, Jolt moves through him and fails to wound with Hyperkinetic Blitz. 2nd attack, MACH-I kills Mid-Nite with 1 wound.
Blue T3 : To avoid Support Fire, Wildcat engages and attacks Mach-I. No wounds on his first attack, but Wildcat deals 2 wounds with The Ol' One-Two.
The Star Marker on Atlas is removed.
ROUND 4 : Red Team initiative.
Red T1 : Atlas moves on the other side of MACH-I and attacks Wildcat. 2 wounds.
Blue T1 : Wildcat stays in place and swings at MACH-I again. 2 more wounds takes out MACH-I.
Red T2 : Jolt moves up onto Starman, uses Hyperkinetic Blitz, and attacks. No wounds from Blitz, but 3 wounds from her normal attack.
Blue T2 : Pretty low health, Wildcat moves into the Atlas and attacks. 1 wound to Atlas, he rolled a 5 but Jolt boosted it to a 6.
Red T3 : Was MACH-I.
Blue T3 : Starman might die if he disengages from Jolt, so he stays in place and attacks her. 2 wounds.
ROUND 5 : Blue Team initiative.
Blue T1 : Starman throws a piece of the road, and manages to take Jolt out with it. He can't see Atlas from where he is so he doesn't attack.
Red T1 : Was Jolt.
Blue T2 : Wildcat swings at Atlas again. Ionic Imbalance makes him only take 1 wound.
Red T2 : Atlas attacks Wildcat. 2 wounds, Wildcat lives with 1 wound.
Blue T3 : Wildcat attacks Atlas. Atlas takes 2 wounds, he has 1 life remaining.
Red T3 : Atlas attacks Wildcat. 2 wounds kills Wildcat. Atlas and Starman are the only ones alive, with 1 life each.
ROUND 6 : Red Team initiative.
Red T1 : Atlas moves up and attacks. He deals 1 wound but its enough to kill Starman. Red Team wins!
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Atlas 1/5 Life
Post-Game Thoughts : It doesn't get any closer than that, what a fun game. Jolt really impressed me, She had some great attack rolls, and Hyperkinetic Blitz didn't do much damage, but it's a good little bonus to her attacks. Her movement buff was useful for positioning her allies, and the D20 buff clutched her team the victory. I'm enjoying her at 80 points! She's got some nice buffs, and solid offense. Gonna try her in a crime fighter build next.

A pretty balanced Crime Fighter build. Defense and OM efficiency from Songbird, utility with Miles and Jolt, damage with Rad Man and Nova. Captain America is going to be tough to take down.

Red T3 : Radioactive Man moves onto the road.
Blue T3 : Ross moves onto the sand height near the start zone.
ROUND 2 : Blue Team initiative.
Blue T1 : Cap attacks Nova again. 1 wound.
Red T1 : Songbird attacks Agent, no wounds. Radioactive Man moves forward and attacks Agent from height, 3 wounds.
Blue T2 : Rock attacks Nova, no wounds. Cap follows suit, but also fails to wound.
Red T2 : Songbird moves backwards. Nova places a marker, disengages, and goes to attack Ross. 2 wounds.
Blue T3 : Rock moves down onto the road. Cap uses Shield Throw on Rad. Man, Jolt, and Nova. 1 wound to Rad. Man, 2 wounds to Jolt, none to Nova.
Red T3 : Miles moves out of the start zone, and Songbird attacks Cap from height. No wounds.

Red T1 : Rad. Man moves into a great position, and uses Radiation Blast on the entire enemy team, with Nova behind a tree so he is unaffected. Ross takes 2 wounds and dies, the other 3 take no wounds.
Blue T1 : Was Thaddeus Ross.
Red T2 : Songbird attacks Cap. No wounds. Jolt runs through Cap and Agent, using Hyperkinetic Blitz on them. No wounds on either.
Blue T2 : Rock attacks Jolt from height, no wounds. Cap uses Shield Throw on Rad. Man, Songbird, and Nova. 1 wound to Rad. Man, 3 wounds to Songbird, no wounds to Nova.
Red T3 : Songbird changes targets to U.S. Agent. No wounds. Nova flies into U.S. Agent and attacks, dealing 2 wounds and taking him out.
Blue T3 : Rock moves into position and fires at Rad Man. 1 wound. Cap uses Shield Throw on the same targets from last round. No wounds to Rad Man, 2 wounds to Songbird to kill her, and 1 wound to Nova.
ROUND 4 : Red Team initiative.
Red T1 : Jolt fails to wound Cap with Hyperkinetic Blitz or her normal attack.
Blue T1 : Cap strikes back, dealing 2 wounds and killing her.
Red T2 : Rad Man uses Radiation Blast on Rock, Nova, and Cap. 1 wound to each of them.
Blue T2 : Rock nearly kills Nova in melee, but he removes his 2nd marker to avoid the wound. Cap attacks Rad Man, taking him out in 3 wounds.
Red T3 : Nova fails to wound the adjacent Rock.
Blue T3 : Rock takes out the adjacent Nova. Cap runs adjacent to Miles and takes him out in one attack with 4 wounds. Blue Team wins!
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Captain America 4/5 Life, Sgt. Rock 3/5 Life.
Post-Game Thoughts : An unfortunate loss from the Crime Fighters. Cap is just so durable, and his buff turned Rock into a very capable fighter. Jolt failed to do any damage this game, but it's unrealistic to expect an 80 point unit to turn around a game like that.
Thoughts on the Tested Unit's Cost, Balance, and Draftability : I think she's in the right area, cost wise. If you're lucky she has the potential to do really solid offensively in relation to her price, but no defense abilities besides disengage makes her a target that goes down very quickly to focus fire. I do think she's draftable, being low cost makes it appealing to take her when you're trying to squeeze in those last few points in a Charlatan/Crime Fighter build.
General Thoughts on the Tested Unit : I think she's a great choice for her builds at 80 points. If I'm in a situation where I'm trying to squeeze in those last few points with Charlatans/Crime Fighters, she's going to be a go to unit. I dig seeing cheaper units added to factions that don't have many low cost options.
