I don't think the question is "can I see room for a more powerful telepath/telekinetic?", because it would obviously be yes. Just like I could see a more powerful Thanos, Superman, Hulk, Magneto, etc... For me, the question is "
should we make her a more powerful telepath/telekinetic?" and on that, I am not sure. I figure that we could adjust those D20 powers in the playtesting.
So really what we should be asking is, "do we like these two powers and stats as icon representations of this character?" for me it is yes.
