I'm not sure I particularly like the first one. It just seems like there isn't enough of a fighting force or a screen.
The second one seems like it could work against the Glad/Blast army. Drake can't be hit by the Blasts, Sharwin sends their attacks back at them, Q10 blows away the Glads, and Marcu does whatever.
Two armies I played just today:

The DW9K did pretty well. It took out Othkurik, but died at the end against the last Krav. I was thinking about replacing Othkurik with Torin and a Black Wyrmling. I actually like the Charos army, so I think I'll keep that one as is. The 10th didn't use their bayonets as much as I would have liked, but oh well.
