Though it seems fairly obvious to me, the question has been asked
here if you get to keep rolling for Sujoah's Poison Sting until you roll less than a 10 or if you can only roll twice.
The answer, of course, is that you may keep rolling until you roll less than a 10 or the hero is destroyed.
