Okay, still taking a bit of a break from working on the villains; and my Demona will be different, but I found the perfect easy conversion. The Heroclix Figure Fury #'s 28, 29, or 30 from the Cosmic Justice DC Set are easy to miss at a glance from the angle they are normally displayed, but here's a picture with one rebased (and painted red).
It's all over ebay for $4-$6 including shipping (sometimes even sold in bundles of 3 for roughly the same price if anyone wanted to repaint a few and hold giveaways or sell them). All you'd have to do is add a gun and repaint.
