fwiw, I'll be unhappy if he comes in over 250 as well and will be doing my very best to keep him there or under. 230 would be ideal for me, but I fear the tactical flexibility afforded with the Utility Belt and the awesomeness of the Shadow Strike power may prevent that.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
