The 2nd one would probably have to be play tested a bit but I was thinking with only 4 life he might go down really quickly at times. Someone like Cyprien, Drake, Charos, Jotun, or many Heroes should do pretty well against him. I also made him a medium and non soulborg so he gets almost no immunities but like I said he would likely have some pretty high variance.
