Valid question ... he did still have a cape (albeit shorter) as Robin, though, and he's still a world class Acrobat regardless.

I also dig it as a bridge power with his other versions, and that on most maps it frees him up to use his Utility Belt for other things than the Bat-Grapple.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
