This is the best advice anyone can give! When I first started I bought a crappy little set of Heroscape tiles on eBay for like $10. It came with maybe 4 7-hex 6 2-hex and maybe 8 1-hex. All assorted mainly Grass and Sand. But oh my good golly gosh did it make a freakin difference with the Arena boards that come with the game. Within hours I was a map building addict lol
Set the boards down in whichever way you like, put just a few layers of Scape tiles in key spots.. DONE SON!!!
Forgive the second one being sideways lol it's late.
EDIT: weird.. on the laptop? Sideways... on the phone? Right side up. Yup time for bed lol.
