Each Preyblood Thrall you create is another potential wound you can heal from Nicholas, as he can destroy the Preybloods that he revives. So if there's a lull in the battle where the opponent is moving in reinforcements, Nicholas can attack a Thrall or two to recover wounds/fuel a future revival.

That would be great, but I think their Undead status prevents this. Bloodborn Rising specifically requires a non-Undead figure. At least, as I interpret the card - I am frequently wrong...
Eagerly awaiting March of 2017 & August of 2019, when my little Grimnaks achieve the recommended minimum age for Master Rules...
