I was willing to go as low as 140 (to make a nice substitute for Madame H in the 1,000 pt Hydra build) but I’d be hesitant to go any lower than that. I don’t know the character that intimately though. Whenever I’ve seen him, he’s never struck me as being above those “peak humans” YK mentioned.

He doesn’t really feel all that underpowered, so I’m sorry if I gave that impression.

Does anyone disagree with making the change I suggested?
