Whenever a special power refers to the Blind Warrior special power, it refers to this special power as well. If an opponent chooses Captain Universe for any special power and rolls the 20-sided die, you may subtract 4 from the roll. When Captain Universe defends against an attack you may choose to roll exactly 4 combat dice, and if at least one blank is rolled, Captain Universe takes no damage and may immediately move up to 4 spaces.
