- Give a brief overview. Went with an enforcer build that had Sindel at the center, Terminator came along for screening purposes because I wasn't sure how her "movement bonding" ability worked. We played it as when Terminator prevents her from attacking it prevents the timing to occur where she would be able to move people, so no mass movement for her.

(Summary)
Avengers Win!

Early: I knew that She-Hulk would be able to jump into whatever figure she wanted, same with Thor, the brick type characters are hard to break. I used Sindel's ability to get Enforcers near jungle terrain while she took up a position on the left side of the map with the water separating her from the center. Terminator also moved towards the center of the map. Enemy responded by pushing Steve forward for one turn and then taking double turns with Thor and She-Hulk essentially every turn from there out.

Mid: Barak met She-Hulk and Thor in the center and dealt a ton of wounds to She-Hulk before using his X order marker to que Superwoman. My initial plan with her was to blitz for Wasp but I tried a lasso instead for a turn with Thor, failed to get it and some exchanges took place. Baraka fell pretty quick after his moment, Superwoman got engaged by She-Hulk and Thor decided to squash the Skrull Infiltrator instead of taking an LEA. Captain America also pushed up to get on the center of the map.

Late: Sindel allowed Superwoman to move away from She-Hulk, She-Hulk gave chase because I moved her towards wasp so it let me play the lategame out a bit. Balrog got destroyed next to jungle terrain before we could leverage him and Superwoman fell to She-Hulk. Sindel moved onto the center of the map and tried to use her scream but fell quickly before dealing any real damage. Reptile ran around in the end game and was able to clean up She-Hulk, Wasp, and almost took down Steve.


Life: Captain America (2 wounds), Thor (1 Wound).

- Give a brief overview. Smaller team, much better showing. Cammy definitely has potential with Sindel, played more aggressively this game and saw better results.

(Summary)
Who won and how many wounds did they have?Rogues Win

Early: Took center of the map early with Sindel, my two lackeys that came up with me were Barak and Cammy. I am running with OM 1 and 2 on Sindel and then 3 and X on Baraka to get the most out of my economy for developing and then engaging. Girder and Abra Kadabra are the vanguard and they get styled on hard by Baraka and Cammy, the ability to dish out multiple attacks between the two of them is great. However, they both take wounds quickly with Cammy unable to do much with Axel Spin Knuckle and Baraka falling quickly after tearing into Abra Kadabra for 3 wounds.

Mid: I'm able to get a little more positioning out of Cammy but the focus shifts onto Sindel who develops Dee Jay onto the road where we can make use of this movement bonding best. Sindel takes a spot on height and uses her D20 power to grab and then kill weather wizard the next turn. Opponent positions as to not get grabed but Sindel is in a good spot, Dee Jay also gets a marker where he comes in and destroys Plunder in 1 turn. Sindel drops big dice on a few targets but eventually whiffs and dies to Captain Cold with the Top as support.

Late: Endgame is M. Bison vs Captain Cold and the Top. Very close battle here, Bison was originally just the backup to keep Cammy and Dee Jay as an enforcer when Baraka inevitably fell. He was able to line up a special attack to kill a tree and get on height next to the Top (I learned here that the Top is a Metahuman). We go back and forth a bit with Bison dodging a few attacks via D20 and taking out Captain cold. The Top takes the win alone.

Player 1's THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Sindel is great as long as she is fighting people on her level, she also brings useful utility through development. The current enforcers want to attack a lot and they want to hit hard. In conjunction with Baraka I think she has some viability until we get to flying bricks. Characters that outclass her by a hundred or so points make it known that she can't really crack them.

The requirement of not being able to move if you want to use her D20 power makes it so it is hard for her to threaten someone like Thor or She-Hulk. I think this is thematic though, I'm looking for someone like Shao Kahn to actually bridge that gap between her army and the heavy hitters. I think if I played things a bit better in the avengers matchup (or brought Cammy) that I could have gotten more points. Just looking at how Reptile did I think that the mortal kombat characters all really want to play well together with the addition of Cammy. Same goes for game two, if I had reptile instead of M. Bison then I feel confident that I could have seen a victory. M. Bison v2 design in the works


Player 2's THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Opponent noted that she felt pretty good, there wasn't any point where she was overwhelming but she did feel useful. Also agreed that she definitely gets outclassed against heavy hitters/defenders but more than holds her own against an army like the Rogues.
