THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: 30 points seems about right. He's a must if you are drafting Matt Murdock. No real use outside of that.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Foggy is kind of a one trick pony. He gives Matt another X-marker to use either to attack with a bonus, which you probably aren't going to use, or for Matt to make himself and/or his adjacent client untargetable. Its a super helpful power, which could be frustrating for a team without multiple figure attacks per turn. Foggy went 1-2 and it wasn't a surprise that the one win was against a team that was just getting single turns each order marker. Raven or any figure with Magical Defense is a strong combo with Matt and Foggy, but it does put a target on Matt. Foggy himself is never going to attack and is best sitting far away in your start zone. Maybe a strategy that could be tested is to run straight for Foggy, to take him out quickly to weaken Matt? I see the point of Criminal Discovery, but in my games it didn't come into play at all. Foggy is fine at 30 points and should be alright to move forward into playtesting at that price point.
