Spoiler Alert!
Round 1: Initiative Skrulls. The Emperor has his troops advance. The Fan Four advance as well. Human Torch takes a swipe, but Flames On Kl’rt and Mister Fantastic punches him for a wound. The Emperor places an Infiltrator, but can’t hit Human Torch, then Kl’rt fails an attack on Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic punches Kl’rt out.
Round 2: Initiative Fantastic Four. They advance and take out an Infiltrator. The Emperor sends an Infiltrator to hit Thing and Human Torch (and miss Mister Fantastic) then has the Warriors advance. They shoot Human Torch for a wound. Mister Fantastic takes out an Infiltrator. An Infiltrator drops and wounds Human Torch, then the Warriors finish off Torch, but can’t hit Thing or Mister Fantastic. Thing KO’s a Warrior. Mister Fantastic can’t hit one. The Emperor drops an Infiltrator that hits both Invisible Woman and Thing, but one takes a swipe and the other fails an attack on Sue after that. Lava Field spares Mister Fantastic, Thing, and one Skrull Warrior, but takes out another Skrull Warrior and an Infiltrator.
Round 3: Initiative Skrulls. The Emperor drops one that hits Invisible Woman and the last Warrior can’t hit Mister Fantastic. Thing KO’s the last Warrior and Mister Fantastic takes out the Infiltrator. An Infiltrator drops and hits Invisible Woman for one wound, then punches her for another. Invisible Woman blasts an Infiltrator and Mister Fantastic hits Rl’nd from height for a wound. An Infiltrator is deployed but can’t hit Thing or Invisible Woman. Rl’nd hits Mister Fantastic for a wound. Reed and Sue can’t hit Rl’nd and Thing and an Infiltrator are hit by lava field at the end of the round.
Round 4: Initiative Fantastic Four. Thing goes Full Clobberin’ Time and KO’s Rl’nd. Sue and Reed attack the Emperor and Mister Fantastic lands one wound. The Emperor places an Infiltrator that hits Mister Fantastic, then fails an attack on Invisible Woman. A lot of futility follows until the final Infiltrator drop KO’s Invisible Woman.
Round 5: Initiative Fantastic Four. Thing KO’s an Infiltrator and Mister Fantastic hits The Emperor for a wound. With limited options, the Emperor fails an attack on Mister Fantastic. Thing KO’s an Infiltrator. The Emperor blocks Mister Fantastic with his force field and then hits back for one wound. Thing hits the Emperor for two wounds and Mister Fantastic finishes him.
Round 6: Initiative Fantastic Four. Mister Fantastic punches out the last Infiltrator.
Unit Summary: He was definitely the most valuable piece here and with the way the map worked and how the Skrulls weren’t that threatening in general, the Emperor managed to stay in the back and use his full arsenal. His tools weren’t quite good enough to handle the Fan Four, but he gave them a run for things and made the Skrulls somewhat fun and cohesive to play. I realized after that I accidentally ran the Skrull Warriors as a squad of three instead of two. It didn’t really help. - Damage Done (Normal Attack): Inflicted (1) wounds on (Mister Fantastic (1)).
- SKRULL INVASION PLAN: Took turns with Unique Skrull Heroes (4) times, with Skrull Common Squads (5) times, with 1-2 Skrull Common Heroes (5) times, and placed (10) Infiltrators/Silencers to roll (19) unblockables for (9) wounds on (Mister Fantastic (1), Invisible Woman (4), Thing (2), Human Torch (2)).
- FORCE FIELD X: Used (1) times to stop attacks.
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Mister Fantastic with 2/5 Life and Thing with 3/6 Life win.

Round 1: Wonder Woman sheds a JL Marker. Initiative Skrulls. The Emperor drops an Infiltrator right on Wonder Woman, hitting her for a wound, and then in an improbable swing the Infiltrator rolls a 2 skull attack and Wondy whiffs from height to take two wounds. Green Arrow takes height and shoots down the Infiltrator. Another Infiltrator drops and puts a fourth wound on Wonder Woman, but can’t hit her. Hawkwoman advances and takes out another Infiltrator, recharging Wonder Woman. A third Infiltrator drops, but can’t hit Hawkwoman or Wonder Woman and fails an attack on Wonder Woman. Green Arrow avoids a swipe from an Infiltrator to advance and take a shot at the Emperor, but the Force Field blocks and Green Arrow can’t attack again.
Round 2: Wonder Woman sheds a JL Marker. Initiative Skrulls. An Infiltrator drops and hits Green Arrow, but misses Hawkwoman. Two Infiltrators attack Wonder Woman but can’t hit. Black Canary sheds a JL Marker and she and Hawkwoman both KO Infiltrators. Hawkwoman recharges Wonder Woman. An Infiltrator drops and hits Green Arrow but misses Hawkwoman, then fails an attack on Green Arrow. Black Canary sheds a JL Marker and KO’s an Infiltrator, then Green Arrow shoots at the Emperor but he blocks with the Force Field. Green Arrow fails to go again. An Infiltrator drops and puts a wound on Black Canary and misses Hawkwoman, then fails an attack on Black Canary. Black Canary sheds a JL Marker and takes out an Infiltrator. Green Arrow snipes the Emperor for two wounds, but fails to go again.
Round 3: Wonder Woman sheds a JL Marker. Initiative Justice League. Hawkwoman advances. The Skrull Emperor drops an Infiltrator, which hits Black Canary for a wound and misses Green Arrow, then Kl’rt smacks Black Canary for two wounds and KO’s her. She takes the OM’s with her and fails her cry. Kl’rt KO’s Green Arrow and two Skrull Warriors attack Hawkwoman, but she takes out one. Kl’rt hits Wonder Woman for one wound, then the last Infiltrator drops and KO’s Wonder Woman.
Round 4: Initiative Skrulls. Skrull Warriors put four wounds on Hawkwoman and Rl’nd finishes her off. Kl’rt one-shots Atom. Ouch.
Unit Summary: Some poor luck by Wonder Woman defensively early combined with the ability to easily tie down enemies with Skrull Infiltrators and let the Skrulls run over the Justice League here. - Damage Done (Normal Attack): Inflicted (0) wounds.

Ronan accuses Kl’rt.
Round 1: Initiative Kree. A Scout advances. Instead of moving another Scout, Ronan and a Captain are teleported up. The Emperor advances. The Kree bring up a Scout and three Soldiers. Kl’rt and Warriors advance. Ronan and five Soldiers advance. Skrull Emperor advances.
Round 2: Initiative Skrulls. An Infiltrator pops next to two Soldiers and takes one out. Warriors advance. Scouts teleport up and Ronan KO’s an Infiltrator. An Infiltrator drops and wounds Ronan and takes out a Soldier. Kl’rt advances. A Scout takes out an Infiltrator, but Ronan can’t hit Kl’rt. An Infiltrator drops and takes out a Scout and a Soldier. Kl’rt puts four quick wounds on Ronan. Ronan pushes aside an Infiltrator and hits Kl’rt for a wound. Soldiers shoot an Infiltrator down and put a wound on Kl’rt.
Round 3: Initiative Kree. Ronan strikes Kl’rt for a wound but the Soldiers can’t hit him. Kl’rt can’t finish Ronan and an Infiltrator drops but can’t either. A Scout fails to hit an Infiltrator, then Ronan KO’s Kl’rt and accuses the Emperor. The Emperor drops his last Infiltrator, but he can’t hit unblockables and neither Infiltrator can hit Ronan with an attack. A Scourt and Ronan KO the last two Infiltrators. Skrull Warriors take out Ronan but can’t hit a Scout.
Round 4: Initiative Kree. A Scout and a Captain take out two Warriors. Two Warriors advance. A Scout and a Soldier teleport up. A Scout and a Captain teleport up. Warriors advance but can’t hit. Two Scouts take out two Warriors. Warriors take out a Scout.
Round 5: Initiative Kree. Warriors put two wounds on a Captain. Scouts can’t get in any hits. Warriors take out a Captain and a Soldier. A Scout and a Captain finish off the Warriors. The Emperor puts two wounds on the last Captain. The Emperor uses his force field and his defense to stay clean at the end of the round.
Round 6: Initiative Kree. The Emperor takes a wound, then uses his Force Field. The Emperor finishes the Captain and the Scouts put two wounds on the Emperor. He then takes out a Scout.
Round 7: Initiative Kree. The Emperor takes a wound and then uses his Force Field. He is finished off by the Scouts.
Unit Summary: This was a nice solid balanced one. The Kree might’ve been better off with less invested in the relatively weak Skrull Warriors. The Emperor again held his own, driving the faction, and even flashed some end game skills. - Damage Done (Normal Attack): Inflicted (4) wounds on (Kree Captain (3), Kree Scout (1)).
- SKRULL INVASION PLAN: Took turns with Unique Skrull Heroes (4) times, with Skrull Common Squads ( times, with 1-2 Skrull Common Heroes (1) times, and placed (5) Infiltrators/Silencers to roll (12) unblockables for (5) wounds on (Kree Soldier (3), Kree Scout (1), Ronan (1)).
- FORCE FIELD X: Used (3) times to stop attacks.
