Q’s the next Street Fighter character. Barely anything is known about him, other than he’s been sighted around the world at various unsolved murder scenes, always partially hidden. No one knows if he’s human or at least part machine, if there are more of him, who he works for, what he does, or what his motives are. If he wins a fight, sometimes he’s seen looking over them, shedding a tear and walking away. Other times, he mumbles incomprehensible words whilst crushing their heads.

Mysterious Sighting is a reference to multiple appearances of his. In the games he appears subtly in the background of a few stages, and as a special sub-boss fight in SFIII: 3rd Strike; winning the first eight matches in arcade without losing a round and remaining at a high rank is the only way he’ll show up. In his two comic appearances, he either suddenly appears behind investigators undetected, or suddenly crashes down on top of a car and ambushing thugs in order to steal a briefcase. Afterwards, he runs through a concrete wall with ease.
Dashing Straight is a special of his. He lunges forward at high speed and can be used to hit from multiple angles.
Capture & Deadly Blow is another special. He grabs the enemy and punches them skywards.
Unstoppable Resilience was added to reference a mechanic of his, as well as being completely unfazed by bullets and knives in the comics. In SFIII: 3rd Strike, taunting with him gives him a stamina buff, stacking up to 3 times. Once hitting 3 stacks, his health is both the highest in the game by a substantial margin, and possibly the highest a SF character has ever had. His parry is also just him looking down and brushing off his coat.
Superstrength I’m not sure on because it’s hard to tell, but he seemingly fell onto a car and crushed it, tossed two guys behind him with ease, and smashing a concrete floor and wall.

MYSTERIOUS SIGHTING
Q does not start the game on the battlefield. Whenever an opponent’s figure destroys a Unique Hero you control, you may place Q on any empty space within 4 clear sight spaces of the attacking figure. You cannot place him adjacent to other figures.
DASHING STRAIGHT SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 4.
Instead of moving and attacking normally with Q, if Q is not engaged, move Q up to 3 spaces. During this move, Q does not take any leaving engagement attacks. After moving, choose a figure to attack. The defending figure rolls 2 fewer defense dice when defending against this special attack.
CAPTURE & DEADLY BLOW
When rolling defense dice against an adjacent small or medium figure, if Q did not receive a wound, the attacking figure receives 1 wound, and you may throw the attacking figure by placing it on any empty space within 2 clear sight spaces of Q. Thrown figures do not take any leaving engagement attacks.
UNSTOPPABLE RESILIENCE
If Q would receive one or more wounds, ignore one of those wounds.
