Round 1: Teams advance. No wound is placed on Ancient Secrets.
Round 2: Initiative roll is 3 vs 3+3 from Sayd. Larfleeze attacks Yellowjacket but can’t get through the defense boosts from Sue. Yellowjacket shrinks Larfleeze. Skeletor destroys Guardian with 4 skulls vs 0 shields. Glomulus moves to eat Sue and rolls a 3 and Skeletor casts Condemn on him for a wound. Skeletor destroys Glomulus.
Round 3: Larfleeze uses his lantern to inflict a wound on Skeletor and Yellowjacket. Each drops a glyph. Larfleeze seizes the Ancient Secrets and the Shrinking Ray falls into lava. Larfleeze attacks Invisible Woman for 2 wounds. Next turn Larfleeze uses the Lantern again for a wound on Skeletor and the Staff goes into lava too. Larfleeze hits Sue again for 2 wounds. Last turn he destroys her. At the end he is able to place a wound on the Ancient Secrets.
Round 4: Skeletor runs to high ground and takes 1 wound from LEA, but fails to deal any damage. Larlfeeze destroys Yellowjacket. Skeletor hits Larfleeze for 1 wound. Larfleeze hits him back for 1. Skeletor attacks again for 1 wound.
Round 5: OM1 Larfleeze hits for 1 wound. OM2 Larfleeze hits him again for 1 wound. Skeletor does 2 wounds. On OM3 Larfleeze uses the wound from Ancient Secrets to destroy Skeletor.

Round 1: Thanos advances while Larfleeze grabs Power Gem. Thanos attacks twice using the Time Gem for 1 wound on Sayd. Lex attacks twice for 5 wounds on Thanos. Thanos attacks Lex for 2 wounds. Lex would destroys Thanos and the turn ends.
End of Round: Thanos places the Reality Gem on the battlefield.
Round 2: Thanos grabs the Reality Gem. His first attack rolls poorly against Lex so he uses the Time Gem to attack again, this time getting 4 skulls. Lex spends a battery for 1 wound on Thanos. Lex attacks twice for 2 wounds. Thanos attacks Lex who spends a battery for 1 wound on Thanos. Lex attacks twice for 1 wound. Reality Gem forces an OM from Larfleeze to Lex. Thanos misses Larfleeze. Lex hits Thanos for 1 wound.

Round 2: Larfleeze hits WM1 for 1 wound. Mass Assault his Larfleeze for 2 wounds. Larfleeze hits for 1 wound. Mass Assault destroys Larfleeze. Lex hits WM2 for 3 wounds. Mass Assault does nothing to Sayd.
Round 3: Lex destroys WM2 and creates construct. Mass does 1 wound to Lex. Lex destroys WM1. Mass destroys Lex and the construct. Orange Lanterns lose OM3. Mass does 2 wounds to Sayd.
Round 4: Orange Lanterns for a 2 – 3 = -1 for initiative. Mass destroys Sayd. Lose OM 1 & 2. Teams advance.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: As is, she is a mild boost to an Orange Lantern and probably not worth the 250 points. Her stats warrant the high cost, but when given the choice to attack with her or Lex or Larfleeze I would always prefer one of the Orange Lanterns. So her decent range and attack are overshadowed by them. In all three games she only made one attack and it failed to deal any damage. The combat die boost is too mild to be overly effective. Basically a 50%/33% chance to change one die into a skull/shield. The few times where it did turn a useless die into a useful die it had little to no effect based on the opposing figures roll.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Sayd did little in my games either directly or even indirectly. I would have a tough time to wanting to draft her into an army. How would feel about this alteration to Orange Lantern Guardian?
