Map: Conflict Chernobyl
Units: Iron Man 2020 @300, Ozymandias, Nebula (740) vs Ms. Marvel, Spider-Man, Spider-Girl (740)
Spoiler Alert!
In the first round, Ozy steals the 2 away from Carol and gives it to Arno. Arno moves up and takes a potshot at Spidey, but Spidey evades it. Arno gets a full volley of three attacks off at the end of the round, but needs to rely on the range option to do it, and only wounds Carol.
In the second round, Ozy picked the X. The Avengers did some damage to Nebula, but Arno shut them down when they came after him. He didn't get much offense in himself, though (in part due to giving up his OM 3 to use Temporal Defense).
In the third round, Ozy picked the 3 away from the Avengers and gave it to Arno. Ozy had the first OM for his team and took out Spidey on a lucky hit. The Avengers polished off Nebula in retaliation, but then Arno got back-to-back turns and got some lucky wounds in on Carol.
In the fourth round, Ozy picked the X again. The Avengers finally started putting some heat on Arno, and shut down one of his turns with Spider-Girl. Arno took down Mayday, but Carol caught him at the end of the round without a numbered OM to use for Temporal Defense, and took him out.
Ozy got initiative in the next round and managed to finish off the barely-standing Carol.
Unit Summary: - Damage Done (Normal Attack): 0 wounds to Spidey in 1 attack, 2 wounds to Mayday in 2 attacks (destroyed)
- Stark Tech Arsenal Special Attack: 0 wounds to Spidey in 2 attacks (used the +range option, then the minus shield option). 4 wounds to Carol in 3 attacks (used the +range option three times). 2 wounds to Spider-Girl in 3 attacks (used the +range option, then the minus shield option twice).
- Temporal Defense: used 1 time against a 1-skull attack from Carol (had a spare numbered OM from Ozy at the end of the round). Used 1 time against a 2-skull attack from Spidey (that he would have been at -2 defense for), additionally preventing an attack from Carol on height.
- Damage Taken: 0 wounds from Spidey in 1 attack (1 blocked by Temporal Defense), 1 wound from Mayday in 1 attack, 3 wounds from Carol in 3 attacks (1 blocked by Temporal Defense)
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Ozy unwounded

Units: Iron Man 2020 @300, Ozymandias, Nebula (740) vs Captain America, Agent Venom, Angel (Warren), Bucky, Oracle (740)
Spoiler Alert!
In the first round, Ozy stole the 1 away from Cap. Arno got three turns and managed to set himself up for some big attacks, bringing Angel and Venom down to 1 Life each over the course of the round. His SA not triggering Angel's movement was a real boon.
In the second round, Ozy got a 3 away from Cap. Venom was set up for a big attack on OM 1, between Oracle and his wounds. He swung over to Nebula and put four wounds on her, rather than have Arno ignore his attack with Temporal Defense. Ozy moved up and polished off Venom. Cap chucked his shield at Arno for 3 skulls, but Arno shrugged it off with Temporal Defense and continued to bombard the Avengers. He got a couple wounds on Bucky and finished off Angel.
In the third round, Ozy got a 1 from Cap and gave it to Arno. Arno put a wrap on Bucky, but Steve finally managed to get at him and bring him down to 1 Life left and force him to burn his OM3 for Temporal Defense.
In the fourth round, Ozy got a 2 from Cap and gave it to Arno. Steve got the initiative and immediately forced Arno to burn his extra 2 with a 4-skull roll. Ozy moved up and got 3 wounds in on Steve in a lucky shot. Cap took Arno out by the end of the round, though.
Nebula ended up underperforming here, compensating for Ozy wrecking the Avengers' OMs. She didn't do any damage and Cap took her out not long after Arno went down. Ozy managed to take Cap out, bringing it down to a big strategist showdown: Ozy vs Oracle. Ozy had the stats and "number of turns" advantage, but Oracle had her command of initiative working for her. Ozy eked it out with 1 life left.
Unit Summary: - Damage Done (Normal Attack): 0 wounds to Steve in 1 attack
- Stark Tech Arsenal Special Attack: 4 wounds to Warren in 3 attacks (used +attack option, then +range option twice). 4 wounds to Agent Venom in 2 attacks (used +attack option, then minus shield option). 0 wounds to Steve in 4 attacks (used +attack option four times). 4 wounds to Bucky in 3 attacks (used +attack option three times).
- Temporal Defense: blocked a 5-skull attack from Cap, then a 4-skull attack from Cap.
- Damage Taken: 0 wounds from Agent Venom in 1 attack, 1 wound from a leaving engagement attack, 3 wounds from Captain America in 1 special attack & 4 normal attacks (2 blocked by Temporal Defense) (destroyed)
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Ozy with 4 wounds
THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Arno's SA makes him really devastating if you can keep him unengaged and give him a lot of targets to hit. He likes Ozy a lot, because stealing OMs is good for Temporal Defense and for keeping the enemy in place for a while, if you manage to get into a good set-up. Arno doesn't have a ton of Life, so he can crumple if the enemy manages to keep up pressure on him. He likes having some open space enough that I'd still risk LEAs with him to set up his spacing just so.
So anyhow, real good in an Ozy-centric build. I think I'd like to move him forward at 320. Probably stick to testing with Ozy and/or more figure-movers and tie-down, to try and make the most of him.
