If Taskmaster attacks an adjacent figure with his normal attack and at least one skull is rolled, he may attack an adjacent figure again. He may continue attacking adjacent figures, rolling 1 fewer attack die for each subsequent attack, until you fail to roll a skull.

QUICK ARROWS SPECIAL ATTACK

After Taskmaster attacks with this special attack, if no blanks were rolled, he may move up to 3 spaces. If Taskmaster is engaged when he begins this move, he will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

PHOTOREFLEXIVE DEFENSE
When Taskmaster rolls defense dice against a non-adjacent attack, one shield will block all damage. When rolling defense dice against an adjacent attack, roll one additional die for each skull rolled by the attacking figure.

Army Test 1
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes, only odd thing I found was trying to visualize him putting away his sword and shield while locked into melee combat, to pull out his bow and arrow, just so he can disengage. Seems like he should be able to just disengage without switching weapons, but then I don’t know what purpose the Bow serves outside of a single opening shot. His Sword & Shield options are clearly superior to the Bow att.
- What should be the unit's point value? This game ended up not being close in larger part to some poor att. rolls, partially due to poor tactics on my part, and partly because Raven once again showed why she’s clearly worth more than 190 points.
- Give a brief preview. Viper is up to no good, and the Teen Titans have come to stop her. Viper & Scorpion will try to use auto-wounds to take down Nightwing, while Doc Ock & Taskmaster’s multiple attacks will be sent after Raven.

Shield Throw SA Usage: Never used.
Swordplay Usage: R2T3, used to att. Starfire, rolled just 1 skull on first 2 att. then missed completely on the 3rd. R3T1, used to att. Starfire again, after 4 att. Starfire was dead, then att. Raven and did 1W to her with 1 skull as well. R3T2, used to att. Raven, gets in 3 att. total for just 1W. R4T1, Swordplay used again on Raven after Viper brings her down to just 2 life left, Taskmaster scores 1W with his first att. then whiffs on the 2nd att. that could have ended her.
Quick Arrows SA Usage: R1T2, moved up & uses this SA to att. Wonder Girl, rolled 1 skull & 2 shields, scored 1W when she rolled 4 skulls on defense, moves up onto plane nose with bonus move of 3.

Normal Damage Dealt: 5W to Starfire in 7 att. (Starfire was being reckless), 3W to Raven in 6 att.,
Damage Taken: 1W from Raven on HG (+1 def. from Viper), 1W from Nightwing’s SA (Viper bonus), 1W transferred to his card from Raven’s card, 2W in 1 att. from Wonder Girl on HG after she lassoed him (Viper bonus).
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Raven w/3W’s, Nightwing & Changeling @full health won, Final Ruin Spell not used.

Recap: Scorpion got too far out ahead of Viper in an attempt to engage multiple Titans and keep them from moving up onto the plane, this didn’t work out too well at all. He did score a quick 3W on Wonder Girl, but then Viper failed multiple times to finish her off from HG (the att. dice were horrible). R3 was a bloodbath. Starfire was the first to fall after Taskmaster had engaged her on the top of the plane, Scorpion fell next. Then Wondergirl & Aqualad teamed up to immediately take out Electro right after that. Viper then responds by taking out Aqualad. That’s 4 down in 1 round and both sides lost an OM reveal as a result. Viper wins initiative and gives Raven 2W’s (for a total of 3 on her card) using her poison att., she’s all set up for Taskmaster to finish off with Swordplay, but he whiffs on the second att. and she hangs on with 4W’s. Then Wondergirl flew over & lassoed Taskmaster and took him out. This cost them OM2. Doc Ock joins the fight but also can’t finish Wonder Girl off. Titans win initiative and take out Viper, taking out OM1 in the process. Doc Ock finally puts Wonder Girl down and tries to put Raven down as well but comes up 1W short. He then spends the next 2+ rounds att. Raven 28 times from LG and can’t ever get that 5th W, while she transfers 1W back at him 3 different times, with Changeling pounding on him as well for another W, and he eventually goes down. The Titans are way too good to have a bad game against and both Viper & Taskmaster botched multiple key att. rolls in this one.

Army Test 2
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes.
- What should be the unit's point value? A close win here after a couple of different shifts in momentum and fortune back and forth, so 270 is looking pretty good after this game. He’s really can be a powerhouse though with 5 base att. and swordplay, if the dice roll in his favor he can suddenly cut just about anyone down to size quickly. I will note that he really didn’t do much with the Yakuza here, never bonding even once for an extra attack. They were trying to use their Mac-10’s first before engaging and Wrecker took them both out from just outside of their range.
- Give a brief preview. The plan here is to send Comedian out first with all the OM’s on a suicide mission, when he falls the round ends anyway. Then Zola will try to clone him while the Mercs & Yakuza see what they can do. If either one of the Yakuza are still alive once Comedian gets cloned, Zola will work with them. Then the cloned Comedian will play clean-up. WC are being led by Zemo here, who can give them a little OM flex while still maintaining the chain bonding they do.

Shield Throw SA Usage: R7T1, moves up and throws shield at Wrecker (miss), Piledriver (from LG, blocked), & Bulldozer (from HG, 1W). R9T1, moves up & throws Shield at Zemo for 1W (def. whiff).
Swordplay Usage: R7T2, moves up to HG on Wrecker and gets in 4 att. before failing to roll a skull, total of 5W in the first 3 att. though thanks to a big def. whiff to a 4 skull att. R7T3, moves up to even ground engaged with Piledriver & Wrecker, att. Pilderiver first, 2 att. later he’s dead, 2 att. on Wrecker then finishes him off, no target available for the 5th att. R8T2, crosses swords with Zemo, gets in 5 att. rolls, deals 2W’s.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Silver Samurai w/3W won in what turned out of be a close one, Zemo really put in some work here at the end.
Details: The Comedian suicide run idea worked out better than could have been expected, he kept using his flamethrower on Thunderball & Piledriver and scored 5W on both of them before finally going down. Piledriver rolled terrible att. dice when he got a chance and the WC only had 1 big run of multiple turns. This left the WC on top of the plane however, with the Mercs & Yakuza still in the SZ. Zola clones Comedian on his first attempt though, so Comedian runs back out with all the OM’s again. Comedian’s 2nd run wasn’t very successful, only scoring 1W on Bulldozer and that was it. With Zola no longer needed, he charged out next, he also only managed to score 1W on Bulldozer before going down. Bulldozer ran right over him, then the WC got on a bonding chain going that took him out, Thunderball ended up trying to att. the SZ figures but a Yakuza mowed him down with his Mac-10. Wrecker hit that Yakuza from range for a quick 2W though. Now it’s Taskmaster’s turn to take over all the OM’s. Wrecker takes out the injured Yakuza, but only rolls a 1 on the d20. Taskmaster steps up and throws his shield at all 3 of them. Wrecker goes after the other Yakuza but only scores 1W, then bonds and now someone has to risk the Mac-10 so Bulldozer moves in. The Mac-10 doesn’t inflict a W, but it does stop his charge, he bonds though and Wrecker tried to take out the Yakuza at range again, blocked, bonds again and this time Bulldozer headbutts the Yakuza to take him out, then Wrecker att. Silver Samurai at range after another bonding, blocked. Taskmaster engages Wrecker to keep him from taking out another counter strike figure at range, and almost takes him out from HG! Wrecker moves up to HG and fights back for 1W, Taskmaster moves up adj. to Wrecker and Piledriver and finishes them both off. Silver Samurai & Bulldozer get all the OM’s in R8, SS finished off Bulldozer and joins Taskmaster on the top of the plane. Taskmaster takes all the OM’s again, he and Zemo meet on the plane wing and cross swords with Zemo proving he is indeed a Master Swordsman when Taskmaster falls to his blade. Zemo then gets a shot off at SS. SS has all the OM’s now, but Zemo wins initiative and moves up onto the plane tail for a shot from HG, and rolls 5 skulls for 3W! Silver Samurai teleports up above him higher on the tail though, and finishes Zemo off with his SA.

Recap: Merc squad took an early lead after Comedian overperformed initially. He was cloned right away though and his second run wasn’t as effective, followed up by Zola not doing much either so it all evened out as a result. The WC had superior board positioning on the Mercs after that and they got on a big run of bonding turns too, but Taskmaster ended up turning the tide in their favor. Then it looked like Zemo was doomed vs. Taskmaster & Silver Samurai, but he put up quite the fight and it ended up a close match in the end.
