Bio - The nephew of US President Woodrow Wilson, Frederick was shipped off to fight in World War I and accidentally gave himself serious respiratory issues by trying to fake an illness to be sent home. After the war, he developed an obsession with cartoons that veered into complete insanity. Wilson began to see the world around him as a distorted cartoon world.

Before the advent of WWII he was recruited into a Nazi super-soldier program and, thinking they were the good guys, began working for the Nazis. He eventually turned on his employers in a moment of clarity.
