Bio - Volcana received her superpowers alongside her friend, Titania, during the first superhero Secret Wars; she was empowered by Doctor Doom in an attempt to drum up the numbers for the supervillain side of the conflict. Volcana fell in love with the Molecule Man and returned to Earth with him, but she eventually left him in order to avoid being drawn further into the world of costumed crime.
