Spoiler Alert!
This was a rematch of one of the armies Raza dominated in the initial, against a build of my own. Raza did very well in this one, but he had Star-Lord backing him up for half of it, and the fire was on other figures.
Mandarin was first out for his team, using the Energy Rings to finish off Batgirl, who had taken a couple wounds from Raza. Mandarin traded a couple wounds with Huntress and Robin, but then fell to an Oracle-backed 7-skull attack from Scarlet Spider. Raza got most of the turns from there, and be did well with them, while SS went after Star-Lord and Robin failed most of his attacks.
Late in the game, Raza gave up the X OM, but it lead SS after Forge, giving Raza enough time to finish off Scarlet Spider next round. From there, Creeper was able to take out Nite Owl and Oracle.
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): R7T6: Creeper with 1/5 wounds and 1 Insanity Marker.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Raza is a nice cheap place to put an activation that feels safe. He’ll often deal a wound, and that comes with an extra wound. Putting him in armies that have larger targets like Iron Patriot, Valkyrie, Star-Lord, or other defensive/boosting figures, gives Raza plenty of time to dish out the damage. I would recommend a cost increase, or some tweaks to his abilities or stats if you want to keep his cost down. Limiting Follow Through to adjacent attacks would help, as would making Surgical Strike an unblockable die instead.
GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: The same things that make Raza a safe figure to activate also make him a lot of fun. Surgical Strike is nothing new, and there are plenty of multi-attackers, but Raza pairs them together at a relatively cheap cost. He’ll make a nice addition to the Starjammers.
