Heavy Hitter or Mid-Level Hero Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes
- What should be the unit's point value? 150
- Give a brief overview. Right away I realized that Deadshot was going to get torn up by lesser costing units with 4 life, 4 defense, so I upped his defense to 5. All tests here were done with his defense at 5.
Spoiler Alert!

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? .
- What should be the unit's point value? 150 points
- Give a brief overview. Deadshot made a great long-ranged assassin and had some staying power once things closed in, but didn’t get quite enough help from his teammates to avoid getting overwhelmed by the Batman/Robin/Oracle/Batgirl combo, and Green Arrow’s long range skill shots.
Map: Custom
Units: Deadshot (150), Bane, Merlyn, Hand Ninja x2, Boomerang (800) vs. Batman (Bruce Wayne), Robin (Tim Drake), Batgirl (Cassandra Cain), Oracle, Green Arrow (Oliver Queen), Commissioner Gordon (800)
Spoiler Alert!
Deadshot put 3 wounds on Robin, including the last one with Finish the Job, 1 wound on Green Arrow (and botched a chance at Finish the Job), 2 on Batgirl (while she rolled poorly enough to let them in), and 2 on Batman while enhanced from outside Evasive Strike range. All-in-all he and Merlyn and Boomerang were a great group of long ranged snipers. Merlyn bit the dust from Green Arrow and Batman first (Batman tore it up with his Batarangs here), leaving the Hand Ninja, Boomerang, Deadshot, and Bane to try to clean things up. Bane only got in one attack and failed to wound Robin, which hurt a lot.
Deadshot shone, though, and earned his points. The loss was not on him.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Oracle with full life, Batgirl with 2 life, Commissioner Gordon with full life, and Green Arrow with 1 life win Turn 1, Round 7.

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes
- What should be the unit's point value? 150 points
- Give a brief overview. Martian Manhunter rolled miserably here both on attack and defense, but the heroic efforts of Robin almost brought the heroes back. Deadshot is awesome at assassinating Batman from range.
Map: Custom
Units: Deadshot, Hush, Black Mask, Hired Guns (600) vs. Martian Manhunter, Batman (Bruce Wayne), Robin (Dick Grayson) (600)
Spoiler Alert!
Finish the Job didn’t come up here. The Hired Guns went forward first for the villains and Martian Manhunter responded, flying forward and then bringing the Dynamic Duo in tow with his Telepathic Directive. Batman and Robin finished the round for the heroes, with Batman taking out two of three Hired Guns he attacked with his Batarangs and Robin taking out a third. By Round 2, only one Hired Gun remained. He managed to put two wounds on Martian Manhunter in melee before Martian Manhunter punched him out. Other than Telepathic Directive moves, this was the only good thing Manhunter did all game. In Round 2, Deadshot effectively sniped Batman to death from outside Evasive Strike range while Martian Manhunter took out the last Hired Gun and faltered in an attack against Black Mask. Martian Manhunter had been chosen for Obsessive Vendetta and whiffed against a three skull attack from Black Mask. By Round 3, Hush had finished him off, leaving just full life Black Mask, Hush, and Deadshot versus a very resilient Robin.
Robin played hit-and-run tactics, taking advantage of shadow tiles and height to stay alive, and throwing batarangs until taking out Black Mask in round 7 and getting 2 wounds on Deadshot and 4 wounds on Hush.
Deadshot put the first and last wounds on Robin, with Black Mask getting the wound in between.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Hush with 1 life and Deadshot with 2 life win Turn 2 Round 8.
