Why would WOTC or hasbro not want to give up rights to other companies if they are going to do nothing more with heroscape?

Can someone tell me what the flag bearers dice is like and how many symbols are on it? Becaue I got three of them with no dice. So maybe I can come up with something.

One thing i think could have been cool with Valkrill was maybe fixing utgars range issue. Also the idea of haveing really cool units to the game but what can you do.

Well for the realistic part just out line the shadows naturally on the board with the shadow tiles. I think that would work good.
