Re: The Book of Mister Mxyzptlk
Yes. I believe "before the chosen Hero takes any turn" would also trigger before you were able to use "instead of taking a turn" type powers.

Re: Sports: NFL
Pretty sure we won in 1991, not 1992. :-P And we've pretty much only had one good QB since Bobby Layne in the 50s, and his name is Matt Stafford. But, yeah, he hasn't won a thing, sadly.

Re: Sports: NFL
I really hope y'all hang onto Trubisky for the foreseeable future. The division feels a lot more winnable when you guys don't have a real QB. :-P
Not that our team is any good, but have to hang...

Re: The Book of Crossbones (Initial Playtesting)
It's what I was originally in favor of, so I'm still in favor now if testing shows a desire for it. :-)
I agree that it's the third most important power on his card, though, fwiw, and not to sweat...

Re: Sports: NFL
Last February he was an aging, less effective Superbowl champion. And now he's an aging, less effective number one seed in the AFC.

They're a lock for the second round, unless you think the Ravens are going to struggle down the stretch and not get a first round bye. The Ravens are the only team that would be able to take out the...

Re: Sports: NFL
Pats are still a lock, but I guess Ravens/Chiefs are more young and upcoming (though Chiefs have been around for a while and Ravens seem to always be in the mix). Not sure the other AFC teams are...

Re: Sports: NFL
I mean, a win wouldn't really do anything for us at this point. Kind of happy Bears have worse draft position. Their team will be a turd until they get a real QB.
I do feel for Stafford, though....
