Re: Isn't anything safe from this?

A friend once told me, that he and another friend had very small d6 which a skillfull player could get to the wished throw nearly everytime. They played Backgammon as a mere strategy game *smile*

Re: Bought some Lava.. with no lava!

Donīt know how it is in USA, but here in Germany if the sent object doesnīt fit the description in the offer, the seller has to pay for the shipping back to him. In other words, if you retreat from...

Re: Bought some Lava.. with no lava!

If it is the sellerīs fault, that you have to send the packs back, then he has to pay for shipping.

Re: A Moderated D&D Heroscape Debate

I really donīt see a problem with the fact, that all the humans from Earth in HS donīt know of HS, DnD or any other stuff that may be integrated in future. Itīs just a fictive reality.

Has anyone...

Re: Moving forward, the future of Heroscape.

I think around 20 figures per wave is the usual number (just take a card from every wave and look for the number behind the slash)

Re: A Moderated D&D Heroscape Debate

You have a good point here - characters used by HS should no more be found in the world they once lived in.

Re: Moving forward, the future of Heroscape.

I donīt see any reason to announce any future wave with the next announced still to come. As far as i know this only done if there are some products following which are tightly connected.

Re: Plastic Quality of D1 figs

The plastic is fine, but we just got our second set & one PK barely got to it's peg holes during assembly...he's bowing so far forward that a slight breeze will knock him over.

Anyone have a...

Re: A Moderated D&D Heroscape Debate

First on the original post: there was the question, why there are no big DnD names like Drizzt in the HS hero packs. From other source i know rather sure, that the rights on these names did not come...

Re: Moving forward, the future of Heroscape.

Even IF WotC will someday decide to stop the whole HS thing (and as long as it sells i doubt they will), that does not necessarily mean the end of the game. There seems to be a not so small community...

Re: What Pack Do You Want Most?

I think my vote goes to the hero-pack from wave 4, as the commons are more likely to be reprinted and i own everything else already

Re: Lack of Quality Control with stat cards.

Ok, just for the books: I got my share of wave D1 (one complete sent and a second pack of each with elementals) and of course checked for errors. First i have to say that i can not find a major...

Re: No Stickers? What will you do?

Of course WotC is cheap - as cheap as any other company. Show me one company, that is not cheap by the definition "cheap is when not everything is included in a product, that i can eventually use...

Re: No Stickers? What will you do?

I'm not reall sure what you mean by this. Apart from the figures and the clear plastic part that the figures are nested in, every other piece from the package is something that already existed. The...

Re: No Stickers? What will you do?

Right, we just would've complained then, instead.

So if there were no stickers in the MS3, no mentioning of the use of stickers in the rulebook but only the instruction to make sure...

Re: Why Uncommon Squads will save Heroscape

Are you Sirius - em, i meant serious?

Does anyone look at the packs name? I look on my "have/not have" list, buy the whole wave once, rip open all the packs and look at the cards, and buy some...

Re: No Stickers? What will you do?

Thatīs exactly what i was saing before: they made just a fault by giving stickers in the MS3 - else nobody would complain now.

If i was one of WotC and would read this thread, my first thought...

Re: A car for a penny

If i got this right, the idea is to invest only something worth a few pennies and end up having some real valuable stuff. Itīs of course a fine thing to someday own a big car and tell anyone you only...

Re: No Stickers? What will you do?

This a game with plastic figurines though! A children's game (well it was meant to be anyway ). It's not like it's batteries with a toy car. This is a piece of plastic (fun plastic by the...

Re: No Stickers? What will you do?

As i said before: WotC was never obliged to add stickers to any product - they did so in the MS3 and that seems to be a fault. Adding the sticker sheets in the boosters would complicate the packaging...

Re: No Stickers? What will you do?

Maybe i am looking the wrong way at the whole thing, but somehow it looks to me as if WotC was too generous by giving a sticker-sheet with the MS3 - else nobody would complain about them doing...
