I know most clarifications say a move of 0 is still a move, I just thought that this wording means no move at all. If that were the case, X17 would completely decimate figures such as Cyprien Esenwein

Major X17 Rules Question
Major X17's Improved Cyber claw ability states that adjacent opponent figures may not move. Does this also prevent those figures from using abilities that state "After moving but Before attacking"?

Are C3V and SoV units sold anywhere?
So I'm a bit new to these terms. How does an army become a "SoV" or a "C3V"? And does someone manufacture these, or do you just have to buy them from their respective sets if you want to use them?

1)Su Bak Na. I'm currently enamored by this beast that can assassinate entire squads on very hilly terrain. Despite being a glass cannon, it can usually take out a key squad/hero before going down....

I've noticed little things like this with base set stuff. Compare your Tarn Vikings to their cards; some of them are holding weapons in the opposite hand than the card shows.

Tax squad is ok. The assault terminators cost too much IMO. Similar to Zetian Guards but they have no range and less defense.
Mareneous costs WAY too much. That would be more than half your army...
