Well, the card makes specific mention (if landing in water, OR A LEVEL HIGHER....) as long as it's not over a castle wall or something else that'll block Jotun's line of sight to that 'thrown'...

Well, for awhile I was without a vehicle so milwaukee, madison were a little out of reach. Plus it's a lot easier to get together with a group in town on a somewhat regular basis
