C3G doesn't have an OMAC, but someone might have made a personal custom for him.
If you want to look for people's personal customs, you should poke around one level up in the Comic Hero Custom...

Whirlwind and Wrecker are missing
Batroc description is cut halfway near the end of the card

Did some proofreading for wave 26, everything looks exactly the same as the "hexagonal" version of wave 26.
Two things that i noticed though: The last two\three letters of a character's real name...
