Put me in the 4 or fewer without SS. 33% is quite a nice number. The no SS helps a lot with most issues thematically. Like GL.

So that’s A+E.

Second choice would be B with the 3 or less...

I'd just spend the $5 on Amazon to pick up 1" diameter by 12" long acrylic tube and chop out several to glue to base. Then print out A paper image of the characters to place. The flattened image...

Foldable wings typically are greyed out. That is the intent anyway. We haven’t been perfectly consistent.
