Re: This is how Avalon Hill Heroscape succeeds
The initial launch and overall marketing definitely feels like a huge misstep in the goal of trying to get this funded. Also I as I've agreed with many here, the $250 pricetag was way way too high of...

Re: Heroscape 2 Prediction Thread
I don't know how I feel about all the news coming out of the GenCon threads.
I was really excited at the release trailer, but almost all the info I'm reading seems to be the going to direction I...

Re: WI event in Manitowoc?
Depending on the day, I'm sure I can rally the troops for a game day / tourney. Just name the date. I'll be more than willing to help with maps and setup as well.

Re: WI event in Manitowoc?
Its roughly a 45 minute drive for me and my crew, which is better than an event in Madison. My March is fairly booked, but as far as I can tell any weekend in April is free for me.
PS We haven't...

Re: Appleton, WI - Crossworld Chaos
I'd like the Faction Wars, and I'd even be willing to create an Epic scenario/campaign event, (but that kind of commitment would require more time, i.e. summer)

Re: Mad Titan IV - Madison, WI - March 31, 2012
Sorry, I've been over busy, I didn't even see this thread until this week. By then it was FAR beyond when the date was decided. Besides even if it was the week before, I'm in Milwaukee for a FIRST...

Re: Mad Titan IV - Madison, WI - March 31, 2012
Wow, its not until I look at my schedule for weekends that make me realize I'm going to have to miss out on my first Mad-Titan in 3 years. I always have a blast at these things, I love getting...

Re: Wisconsin Winter Warfare II, 2v2 Tournament
We were pretty disheveled to start, (as you can see, I still am) but yeah, we had an decent enough turnout of eight. I'll get the postings up when I have time, life's pretty hectic as it is.

Re: Wisconsin Winter Warfare II, 2v2 Tournament
We're really going to need to pick a date if we have any intention of having this. I was thinking someday in the week after the 25th. Any potential mutual dates that we can all settle on?

Re: Wisconsin Winter Warfare II, 2v2 Tournament
The way this is going, it looks like you guys are trying to ursurp a basic 2v2 tournament, and turn it into a massive faction gameday. I'm not against the idea, but I don't think it'll mash together...

Re: Wisconsin Winter Warfare II, 2v2 Tournament
We should discuss gameplay style. Do you guys wanna do the same as last year, or something different?

Re: Heroscape's Very First ONLINE Tournament!
What are you talking about. I created Heroskype years ago and tested it with Bats. :p[/quote]
Lol, okay. ;) I created the name and rules just like 8 months ago and tested it with Boromir lol....

Re: Heroscape's Very First ONLINE Tournament!
Excellent, perhaps I'll test out an efficient way to "real time" it with my friend, as a practice before any tourney gaming. (I'm thinking Skype webcams pointed at maps) or some such.

Wisconsin Winter Warfare II, 2v2 Tournament
As December draws near, the time for the promised return of WWW rears its head. As per last year (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?t=33166&highlight=Scapemaster), it will be a 2v2,...

Re: Heroscape's Very First ONLINE Tournament!
I would be VERY interested in playing, but I don't know if my schedule will allow such a drawn out "event." If I do end up finding time for the requisite games, I would prefer... probably video...

Re: October 22nd - Appleton Raid
OK, I might be bringing 2-3 adds as well as the usual crew of 5. I will bring then, 2 Coastals, 2 Interceptions, 2 Goblin Canyons (using Pillars), and one Hot Cross. At a total of 7 maps, that should...
