What I have found in probably over 40 plays, is that the player to cull first has a distinct advantage. It's not as much about going first as it is getting that lucky 2 assistant activation roll...

I'm interested to see how this campaign ends. It sounds similar to our first run where the heroes made some bad mistakes early on and were then playing from behind and could never really catch up.
