Yeah, that's the gist. I may be better off changing the wording to say that he can only attack adjacent figures this turn when he deploys a pylon so that no range stacking shenanigans can occur.

I agree. Perhaps stating a figure can only be affected by a single instance of Tether of Logos per turn is necessary here?

Considering the race is Ukushisa, Prowlers or Firecats works fine here. Maybe with a slight nod to Prowlers if "Firecats" ever becomes a VC race at some point in the future.
