Miklo and Peotor are decent for thier price points but not ones I'd consider top shelf grabs.
Igor I think I'd be a bit iffy to draft even in a Red Ghost team compared to like just bringing...

If her base attack is 4 and the special attack is 4 and all it does is maybe hit extra dudes that seems fine.
Like you'd still use the normal attack against one dude, especially if you had height...
