In a general sense the answer is no, since a broad yes would give free leeway to use figures that are smaller and easier to hide.

Yes! I am still planning to run it. I'll put details in soon. The tournament will be run like prior Austi-Con tournaments (perhaps with some TTO stuff thrown in).
