Congrats, man I have not met before. Great to hear :)

I'm one of the group's required legacy characters, complete with a minority status!

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)

We've worked out mods for franchises before - He-Man, Mortal Kombat, I'm definitely going to be working on Gargoyles. You could probably get some help and put something together.

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)

Thor and Superman aren't Event Heroes - I think you're good with Unique here. If literal gods aren't always Event, that's a pretty high bar most of the time (though weaker figures can be made...

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)

Light Mode will almost certainly need markers. (If it's meant to represent blinding, maybe take the ones off Dazzler and give characters with Blind Warrior immunity to it?) Looks like a really fun,...

Re: tcglkn's Design Brainstorms

Comparing them with the Clix figure's base, yes - clix figures fit fine just on the clix base. There might be a little spill-over from the hex itself, but not to the degree that it's unplayable.

Re: Valiant Universe Workshop

Scarecrow's figures are carrying scythes, not sickles.
Looks like you could take the head off one and replace it with one of Kabuki's weapons and make a sickle, though.

Re: Public Design Workshop

How about you simply double-down on the existing trade-off?

Re: The Book of Midnighter (Breathing Period)

Hmmm... probably the best plan. Part of me quite likes the idea of seeing something like 7 Life, 4 Defence here - that's an unusual stat-line, something I'm always up for seeing. Just as one last...

Re: The Book of Midnighter (Breathing Period)

Depends on the blast? You could take a chunk out of him and he'd tough it out, but he's not a super-fast healer so the latter probably makes more sense. From what I remember it's probably comparable...

Re: tcglkn's Design Brainstorms

If you're designing characters who are basically superhero parents it might be worth taking a read through Master Splinter's thread. I was aiming for a similar direction there (though clearly...

Re: The Book of Mad Thinker

Yeah, the ??? thing is basically a sign of it being an older card before we established the aesthetic of not doing that. I kind of like that Joker's the main one who breaks the rules there, though. :)
