Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-Ups

Posted that in the wrong thread Splash. This is just the sign up thread, public design results can just be posted in the public design thread. I'll move it over there for you.

Re: Bookshelf Skyscraper Brainstorming

If I had 3 of them, I would definitely try to set them up using 2 as a base for the 3rd on top. I'd even try to have a gap between the two bottom buildings about 2 hexes wide for a...

Re: The Book of King Kong

As a double based figure, doesn't he need to move over twice to end his turn legally? Or can you have half a base hang out over the edge?

Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-Ups

Yup, I actually use the Pine Tree one fairly often. It's nice being able to knock one over on someone every once in a while.

Re: Bookshelf Skyscraper Brainstorming

If nothing else we could include a print out with the elevator and stair hexes that just looks like a pair of elevator doors and slap it on the front of that.

Re: The Book of King Kong

While playing King Kong at the Con on a map with one of the bookshelf skyscrapers, we discovered that Simian Climbing 10 wasn't enough to really let him climb up the side of big building. Needing 2...

Re: Bookshelf Skyscraper Brainstorming

Hmmm...I hadn't considered the card pic. I was just thinking the art space would be covered up with the floor plan for placing the figures on. Maybe a real simple arts and craft project then? I...

Re: The C3G Cave - Hangout

I don't know who doesn't want to design a card for a body with a goldfish as a head, but I know who does!

Re: The Book of Skyscraper - Public Playtesting

I still plan on trying to write up something for the one game I played at the Con. I haven't bought any bookshelves yet, but I can give some input on maps, scenarios, floor plans, etc. if people...

Re: The Book of Godzilla - Public Playtesting

I remember thinking they looked pretty good when they came out, but I don't have the minis or card so I can't say how they play live. It's true I have'nt seen them used in any play tests, but I...

Re: Bookshelf Skyscraper Brainstorming

If you can print out stairways and elevator two hex art on card stock, then you can re-arrange the building layout a bit from game to game. Put one stairway in opposite corners, no elevator for a...

Re: The Book of Shadowcat (II)

Cool, thanks for chiming in. With the LD on board with dropping the down restriction, I think we can go ahead and update the card. It's not something I see as needing a points adjustment.

Re: The Book of Shadowcat (II)

Maybe we should check in with the LD to find out his thoughts are before making any changes here.

Re: TV: What Are You Watching?

Turns out I had not see the Amazon Tick show, so I watched both seasons of it. I really liked how they framed the whole first season as Arthur's origin story since Tick doesn't have one, he just is....

Re: The Book of Skyscraper - VOTE for Public Playtesting

I just thought heroes could still vote to help move things along if they've been paying attention just like Legends help move regular threads along.

Re: The Book of The Riddler (II)

The current mini card looks a lot like the comic art, so if we switch mini's here then I'd want to switch up the comic art to match the new mini better. Otherwise, I don't much care which mini list...
