I forgot about the start zones, but I HAD a version with the 0 levels labeled. I must have copied the older version I had.

Online Map Consistency
I was looking at the maps currently uploaded to Google docs, and I noticed that they follow different numbering schemes:
- show numbers for level 0 but not for any level 1...
