I'd be super worried about Silver Surfer-esque movement shenanigans.
My suggestion is that it allows only one figure on the revealed card to add +2 to it's move that turn.

I got Stargate Command Subscription a couple years ago, for $20, and watched everything. I was so happy to be able to watch everything, it had been too long. Sadly Command is now defunct.
