FYI Ravage can fly in the cartoon, there's a good example in the movie, he just doesn't do it often since he's usually either sneaking around or pouncing on someone from out of Soundwave's chest.

Depends on the map/other army/etc. but I'd say the Punisher version is typically better. That's still pretty solid though. For Merlyin you'd probably want to add in some turn efficiency somewhere...
