And that's where we differ. When we play, we designate which figures are moving zero. We use "activate". So we move the figures that move, and say which are moving zero. Then we would pounce or...

Not sure why you don't have to designate which wolves moved zero. We designate which figures are going to move first, even if they are moving zero. So we would designate all figures that activate,...

The front page explains move all three first, then BiB. So I think you would have to declare who is moving "0" first. Of course, I have no authority, just my take from the first page :)
