From what I remember: Ma'alefa'ak is The Martian Manhunter's twin brother. He was convicted as a serial mind-rapist on Mars and sentenced to have his telepathic powers negated and his mind wiped....

I ordered the Justice League comic that comes with the digital code, so I have checked it out online as well as in print. Again, I liked Marvel's digital reader better.
