Not true, the monks can attack even more than the EI, with luck so could Vipers, Brunak, DW8k, and Hawthorne. Mimring could too but I can't see your opponent lining up his figures in a line for you

I could have included them but I left off terrain specific units (Tzu Teh, Obsidians) since in my opinion they are only intended to be used on maps with those terrains.
