I like it, however from a Heroscape language point of view: "its presence on" is new ish.
I know it sound worse, however, "being on" is more traditional with the verb "to be" which is used on...

How would you write for a power that negates shadow tiles?
"All figures adjacent to [Bright Light Figure] do not roll one extra die for being on a shadow space"
