It does seem likely that WotC never wanted Heroscape in the first place.
Why they would take on a new brand with no real intentions of developing or marketing it is beyond me.

Really? I'd argue they mean more since they're attached to real accounts with join dates, post counts, etc. It doesn't need it to stand up in court, just prove a point.

So true. Reprints allow new players into the game, and with the line as big as it is, each new player has huge purchasing potential. But only if product is available to purchase!
