I am also not convinced you need the blanks count as two wounds part of the middle power.

I think this may slightly change Shadow Siphon cause as worded you would automatically get two dice as you would end your movement within 1 space of a shadow and then count it for the additional dice...

The middle power definitely seems like it could snowball a lot. Imagine she's against Civillians, she could probably tear through all of them since there is no cap on how many attacks she can make.
